We try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to making a change to your order! If your order is still processing and inventory allows we will do the best we can to accommodate your request. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to make a change to your order.
We ship via USPS. You will be able to pick your method (first class or priority) at checkout. First class packages must be less than 15 oz. All packages over 15 oz will be shipped priority. First class packages take 2-5 business days for delivery. Priority packages take 1-3 business days for delivery.
We ship International orders via USPS. You will be able to pick your method (first class or priority) at checkout. First class packages must be less than 4 lbs. All packages over 4 lbs will be shipped priority. First class packages take 7-21 business days for delivery. Priority packages take 6-10 business days for delivery. Tracking numbers are provided!
Shipping time may be delayed due to customs. Customs fees may be applied. We have no control over this. If customs fees are applied they are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
If your package shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors first and then your postal carrier. Did you know that your postal carrier has GPS on their scanners? They should be able to tell you where the package was delivered exactly.
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee assistance with lost or stolen packages. But feel free to email us at email@example.com. We will do what we can to help!
If you accidentally provided the incorrect shipping address on your order please email us as soon as possible to get it changed. As long as your order is still processing and hasn't shipped we can easily change it for you. If your order has already shipped we unfortunately won't be able to assist.
If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to work with you towards a resolution!
If you receive an item that doesn't work for you and would like to initiate a return for a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt. We will not accept returns past the 14 day window.

Once we receive your return we will inspect it and determine if a refund will be granted. We have the right to refuse a refund if the item you are returning shows signs of wear, smells of smoke, etc... As long as it is still in unworn, new condition your refund will be processed in 2-5 business days.
Sale items 40% off or more or anything marked as final sale will not be able to be returned.
We will not pay for return shipping and do not refund shipping fees.
If you purchased an item on our site at full price and it has been marked down within 7 days of your purchase we will honor a price match in the form of store credit. We will not price match with deal sites such as Brickyard Buffalo, Jane.com or Eleventh Avenue.
