Ding & Dent items have visible defects showing. These defects include, off colored threads in the fabric, small smudges or defects on graphics, graphics slightly off center, small ink spots or dirt smudges. These items will NOT have holes or large defects making the garments unwearable.
For clearance items that ARE NOT Ding & Dent: All inventory has been checked for defects. However, it is possible for a defect to have been missed. If you order a clearance item, but receive a ding & dent item we are sincerely sorry! However, due to the highly discounted pricing, and the fact that ding & dents are priced the same as clearance items, we will be unable to assist with refunds, returns or store credit.
