Returns & Exchanges
We have a goal to make sure that all customers are happy with their orders. If you have a problem with your order and need to return or exchange it please see our policies below.
*Sale or Clearance Items
Unfortunately, we will not accept returns on sale or clearance items, please make sure of your purchase before placing your order.
*All other orders
All returns/exchanges must be authorized prior to you returning them to us. Please check your items immediately upon arrival and if you are unsatisfied please notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days. Once authorized by us, all returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date you receive your items. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, ITEMS MUST NOT SMELL OF SMOKE, and in the same condition that you received them.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged. ALL ITEMS ARE THOROUGHLY CHECKED before being sent to avoid this issue.

*We suggest adding a tracking number to your shipping, we are NOT responsible for any packages lost in transit.
Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (We have full right to reject a refund/exchange if it does not meet the return requirements) If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. For exchanges, we will send your exchanged item back to you within 5 business days. Please note, you will be responsible for exchanged items being mailed back to you.
*Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
